Operating Principles:
①Double seat mix-proof valve is controlled through compressed air . The valve is a normally closed (NC) valve.
②The double seat valve has two divided seals of valve disc. It has a interlinked cavity of leak between two seal at working .while it happen leaking, the products will in-pour the cavity and flow away from exit .it will not caused pollution and mixing. the leaking cavity closed while the valve working it is impossible to overflow for the products. so the products can be transported from one pipe to another . also the valve can be washing CIP.
③Double seat valve with burkert company's 1066 intelligent control head . not only achieved remote control , and monitoring under working . can setting only transducer .
④Double seat valve can be controlled with 1066 controller from Burkert company through setting adapter plate .

Applications Breathing type adjustable valve is installed on the top or pipeline of the fermentation tank or clear wine tank, used to automatically stabilize pressure and breathe. This valve uses balance blocks to balance pressure, so, to adjust weight of can adjust pressure range. Breathe-out pressure can be adjustable within 0.05~0.4MPa.breathe-in within -50~400mmHg.
Applications: Non-return valve is designed for use in stainless steel pipe installations to prevent reverse flow.
Operating Principles: When the lower pressure of valve stem over the upper pressure and spring force, check valve opens. When the upper pressure equal to the lower pressure, check valve closes. A higher reverse pressure acts on the valve stem and causes valve to close.
