Working Principle:
The valve utilizes hydraulic force to control the pilot valve, enabling the main valve disc to perform slow-closing and noise-dampening check functions.
Features:
Self-actuated by Line Pressure: Operates using the pipeline's inherent pressure without external power.
Design Simplicity: Simple and reliable structure ensures easy installation and maintenance.
Water Hammer Protection: When water hammer occurs at the downstream outlet, the main valve closes rapidly to prevent upstream pipeline network and equipment from water hammer.
Gradual Opening Mechanism: When the pump starts supplying water and the pipeline is in a no-flow, no-pressure state, the slow-closing check valve opens gradually to reduce high-velocity flow impact on downstream pipelines and equipment.
