Product Specification
The multi-functional plug water pump control valve is installed at the outlet of pumps in large-diameter water supply pipeline systems. It is an intelligent valve that prevents medium back-flow, water hammer, and water hammer phenomena. The valve integrates the functions of an electric valve, check valve, and water hammer eliminator, effectively improving the safety and reliability of the water supply system.
The double-chamber and double-disc structure enables the valve to close 90% rapidly after pump shutdown (preventing pump reverse rotation caused by back-flow medium), then slowly close the remaining 10% (eliminating destructive water hammer).
Plug-type valves feature reliable performance, high strength, and smooth operation, suitable for preventing water hammer during pump start and stop. Simply operate the pump motor on/off button, and the valve automatically opens/closes according to pump operation procedures, with large flow capacity and low pressure loss.
