Product Overview：
FSC single-stage single suction fluoroplastic alloy chemical centrifugal pump (referred to as FSC centrifugal pump) is designed and manufactured according to international standards and combined with non-metallic pump technology. The pump body adopts a metal shell lined with perfluoroethylene propylene (F46), and the pump cover, impeller, and shaft sleeve are all made of metal inserts wrapped in fluoroplastic and sintered as a whole. The shaft seal adopts an advanced external corrugated pipe mechanical seal. The static ring is made of 99.9% alumina ceramic (or silicon nitride), and the dynamic ring is filled with PTFE material, which has excellent corrosion and wear resistance sealing performance. The inlet and outlet of the pump are reinforced with cast steel bodies to enhance the pressure resistance of the pump. Actual use shows that the pump has the advantages of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, anti-aging, high mechanical strength, smooth operation, advanced and reasonable structure, strict and reliable sealing performance, easy disassembly and maintenance, and long service life.
