Aseptic Diaphragm Valve is either remote-controlled by means of actuator or manually operated by means of a handle,which structure is advantageous to control fluid. It is widely applicable to pharmacy, dairy, beverage and brewing etc.
Operating Principles: The tight mate of valve body and diaphragms make sure absolute isolation between internal environment and external environment of pipeline, so it is applicable to the aspetic process. The up and down movement of stem cause valve to open or close. when stem moves to up, diaphragms naturally curve upwards and separate from seat, valve open. When stem moves from top to low, diaphragms curve and cling to seat,valve close. There are three operation methods: manual, pneumatic or intelligent controller.
